The format is developed by the social enterprise Psiquadro from an idea of Claudio Forte, now an associate professor at the Department of Veterinary Sciences at UniTo, with a decade of service in the restaurant industry behind him. Many young enthusiasts find themselves pursuing 'parallel' jobs in the world of catering. Why not combine the two life experiences by serving their passion to customers? Scientists and female scientists will become special waiters for an evening, bringing to the table short stories and scientific trivia they are passionate about. The evening's patrons will have two menus to choose from, one classic with all the Off-Topic offerings, the other scientific, which will present the various scientific dishes with a title and a short captivating description. Together we will range from the stars to the stables, exploring everything in between. Physics, Pharmacology, Veterinary Medicine, Computer Science and Law are just some of the fields you can order to satiate your hunger for knowledge. You will be able to meet and talk with researchers who have enthusiastically made themselves available for the evening.
