"Doctors for a Day" Project

The educational orientation activity "A Day as a Doctor" aims to help high school students (from the fourth and fifth year) discover medicine through a laboratory-practical approach, where students can immerse themselves directly in medical practice through various simulative activities.
Two different teaching itineraries are available:
A DOCTOR'S DAY "FAST TRACK": The activity includes a guided tour of the Advanced Medical Simulation Center, a meeting with simulation specialists and interaction with the high-fidelity patient simulator. Duration of the activity: 1 hour and 30 minutes.
A DAY AS A DOCTOR "FULL STRENGTH": The activity will include a guided tour of the Advanced Medical Simulation Center, a meeting with simulation specialists, a meeting with a "trainer" doctor, and firsthand participation in some simulative scenarios where the students will be able to observe and try to reproduce on simulators technical and relational skills typical of the medical field. The hands-on workshop will be divided into 5 operating stations that can accommodate 2 to 5 participants each. The activities at the different stations are simultaneous, and each group will perform each of them sequentially. The order of passing through the different stations is determined in advance by the activity leaders. Duration of the activity: 3 hours.
